SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Timeline

• Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you within 10 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Due to the current surge in orders, there might be a slight delay in dispatching your orders.

Order Cancellation & Lost in Transit

• The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatch or lost in transit by us.

Coverage & Courier Partners

• Immortal Hawk ships orders across India via trusted courier partners including Ekart, Delhivery, Shiprocket, Xpressbees, E-comm Express, and DTDC. All orders are shipped on a surface transport basis.
